We here at Lone Star Mortgage Group, Inc. are a family and veteran run company specializing in providing below market interest rate mortgages in Texas through the Texas Veterans Land Board, a division of the Texas General Land Office.  The Veterans Housing Assistance Program (VHAP) is available to all qualified veterans and provides mortgages up to $325,000 toward the purchase of a home in Texas.  It can be originated in conjunction with VA, conventional or FHA financing.

These loans provide below market interest rates for all qualified veterans.  Veterans considered to be 30% or more disabled by the Veterans Administration (VA) qualify for a full .5% off of their interest rate!
